Packing & Shipping Policy
Our shipments are primarily sent with German DHL / Deutsche Post, which offsets emissions with their GoGreen climate neutral initiative. Our goal is to have your order in the mail within three business days, so that it may begin its journey as safely and expediently as possible, while balancing the increasingly urgent need to conserve fuel. Delivery windows are estimates only and should not be construed as a guarantee; once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for delays. If you need an order by a specific time, please contact us before purchasing to ensure that the timing is realistic. We will do everything in our power to expedite the shipment of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are possible on all regular priced, non-seasonal items, but some conditions apply. For orders which were delivered to an address outside the EU: Please contact us via email within seven calendar days of delivery of the package to the address given at checkout, and return within an additional seven days (within 14 days from receipt). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The condition will be assessed by a representative for My Beautiful Bavaria. Once the return has been received and the condition assessed, a refund can be made of the original purchase price, less any discounts, within seven days of receipt of the return. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

For orders which were delivered to an address within the EU: Conditions stated above apply, with the exception that you have fourteen days from the date of delivery in which to email My Beautiful Bavaria with your request. The return must then be sent within an additional fourteen days (within 28 days from receipt). Buyer is responsible for return shipping, the item(s) must be returned in original condition, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
